You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Borough of Manhattan Community College. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for English Language for an Associate list. New York, New York is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s English language degrees to 48 students in 2020-2021.
