Out of the 1 schools in the Best Value Linguistics of ASL and Other Sign Languages Schools in the Plains States Region that were part of this year’s ranking, St Catherine University landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Saint Paul, Minnesota, this small private not-for-profit school awarded 12 degrees to qualified ’s linguistics of ASL and other sign languages students in 2020-2021.
