You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Loyola University Chicago. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Illinois for Medical Ethics for a Master’s list. Loyola University Chicago is located in Chicago, Illinois and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 22 masters’s medical ethics degrees to qualified students.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at Loyola Chicago, the school also landed the #1 spot in our “Best Bioethics/Medical Ethics Master’s Degree Schools in Illinois” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 261 of the 16,893 students enrolled at Loyola Chicago were GI Bill® students, of which 165 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. Deerfield, Illinois is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out masters’s medical ethics degrees to 11 students in 2020-2021.

TIU Illinois also made our “Best Bioethics/Medical Ethics Master’s Degree Schools in Illinois” list, coming in at #2.Of the 1,454 students enrolled at TIU Illinois, 14 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 9 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $6,061. During this same period, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. TIU Illinois does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

With a undergrad student-to-faculty ratio of 8 to 1, it’s easy to see that the school is committed to helping their undergraduates succeed.
