Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Chiropractic that were part of this year’s ranking, National University of Health Sciences landed the #1 spot on the list. Lombard, Illinois is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s chiropractic degrees to 87 students in 2020-2021.
