Located in the small city of Logan, USU is a public school with a fairly large student population. USU also made our Best Colleges for Communication Sciences in the Rocky Mountains Region list, coming in at #2.

Located in the midsize city of Greeley, University of Northern Colorado is a public college with a moderately-sized student population.
