You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Pacific University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for Communication Sciences for a Doctorate list. This small school is located in Forest Grove, Oregon, and it awarded 24 doctorate’s communication sciences degrees in 2020-2021.
