You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend George Washington University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Medical Prep for a Master’s list. This large school is located in Washington, District of Columbia, and it awarded 10 masters’s medical prep degrees in 2020-2021.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at GWU, the school also landed the #2 spot in our “Best Health/Medical Prep Programs Master’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking.According to our most recent data, George Washington University supports 27,017 students, and 1 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 1 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $3,185. In addition to receiving other benefits, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.

It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Medical Prep for a Master’s list. Erie, Pennsylvania is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out masters’s medical prep degrees to 199 students in 2020-2021.
LECOM also made our “Best Health/Medical Prep Programs Master’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” list, coming in at #1.Among the 4,336 students enrolled at LECOM, 20 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 18 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $14,838. On top of their other funding sources, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
