General Health & Wellness is the 159th most popular major in the country with 5,006 degrees awarded in 2019-2020.

At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 3,475 general health and wellness graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.

For this year’s “Best Value Health and Wellness Schools for a Bachelor’s” ranking, we looked at 94 colleges that offer a degree in general health and wellness. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general health and wellness programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as the cost to attend the school after aid is awarded and overall quality of the general health and wellness program at the school. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
