Health Sciences & Services is the 34th most popular major in the country with 35,945 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, health sciences and services graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $35,887 and had an average of $24,736 in loans still to pay off.

Across New Jersey, there were 1,488 health sciences and services graduates with average earnings and debt of $34,715 and $21,521 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in New Jersey for Health Science” ranking looked at 19 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in health sciences and services. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality health sciences and services programs as well as strong veteran support.

When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the health sciences and services program at the school, veteran affordability, and veteran satisfaction. See our ranking methodology to learn more.
