You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of South Alabama. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Medical Informatics for a Bachelor’s list. Located in Mobile, Alabama, this fairly large public school handed out 17 diplomas to qualified bachelors’s medical informatics students in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southeast region bachelor’s degree vets studying medical informatics list, USA has also earned the #3 rank in our “Best Medical Informatics Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 868 of the 14,224 students enrolled at University of South Alabama were GI Bill® students, of which 411 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $7,549. To help with additional expenses, 11 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. University of South Alabama offers credit for military training for eligible students.
