Out of the 10 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Legal Studies for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, American University landed the #2 spot on the list. The American University is a fairly large school located in Washington, District of Columbia that handed out 51 bachelors’s legal studies degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our middle atlantic region bachelor’s degree vets studying legal studies list, The American University has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best Legal Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking.According to our most recent data, American University supports 14,001 students, and 613 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 388 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $16,027. During this same period, 206 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
