In 2020-2021, 586 people earned their degree in pre-law, making the major the 576th most popular in the United States.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Pre-Law” ranking looked at 11 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in pre-law. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great pre-law programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the pre-law program at the school, veteran affordability, and veteran satisfaction. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.

Lynchburg, Virginia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s pre-law degrees to 92 students in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at Liberty University, the school also landed the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, Liberty University supports 93,349 students, and 13,282 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 8,897 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Creighton University. The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly for Pre-Law. This medium-sized school is located in Omaha, Nebraska, and it awarded 2 ’s pre-law degrees in 2020-2021.

Creighton not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.Of the 8,770 students enrolled at Creighton, 278 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 185 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $10,575. Out of the 11 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly for Pre-Law that were part of this year’s ranking, Central New Mexico Community College landed the #3 spot on the list. Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this fairly large public school handed out 34 diplomas to qualified ’s pre-law students in 2020-2021.

CNM also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Of the 21,398 students enrolled at Central New Mexico Community College, 839 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 390 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $1,171.
