In 2019-2020, liberal arts general studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $28,337 and had an average of $17,430 in loans still to pay off.

Across South Carolina, there were 6,345 liberal arts general studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $25,227 and $17,564 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in South Carolina for Liberal Arts” ranking, we looked at 21 colleges that offer a degree in liberal arts general studies. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent liberal arts general studies programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
