Across the Southeast region, there were 1,390 library science graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,990 and $22,165 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great library science programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

UofSC is a public institution located in Columbia, South Carolina. The school has a large population, and it awarded 121 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southeast region vets studying library science list, UofSC has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Of the 35,470 students enrolled at University of South Carolina - Columbia, 1,609 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. The University of Alabama came in at #7 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Library Science ranking. UA is a large public school situated in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. It awarded 80 ’s library science degrees in 2020-2021.

UA did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.Our most recent data shows that 2,081 of the 37,840 students enrolled at UA were GI Bill® students, of which 1,128 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. University of South Florida - Main Campus ranked #8 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Library Science list. USF Tampa is a large public school situated in Tampa, Florida. It awarded 98 ’s library science degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southeast region vets studying library science list, USF Tampa has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Among the 50,626 students enrolled at USF Tampa, 2,211 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 1,241 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $4,943. UNC Greensboro not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.According to our most recent data, UNC Greensboro supports 19,764 students, and 885 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 329 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
