In 2020-2021, 644 people earned their degree in other mathematics and statistics, making the major the 537th most popular in the United States.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Other Math and Stats” ranking, we looked at 15 colleges that offer a degree in other mathematics and statistics. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent other mathematics and statistics programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Some of the factors we look at when determining these rankings are overall quality of the other mathematics and statistics program at the school, veteran affordability, and veteran population. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.
