Out of the 2 schools in the Best Value Cognitive Science Schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Georgia landed the #1 spot on the list. UGA is a public institution located in Athens, Georgia. The school has a large population, and it awarded 49 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Vanderbilt is a private not-for-profit institution located in Nashville, Tennessee. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 32 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
Vanderbilt also took the #1 spot in our “Best Cognitive Science Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking. The estimated yearly cost for Vanderbilt University is $19,970 for Southeast Region Cognitive Science students.
With a freshman retention rate of 96%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students.
