Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Virginia for Systems Theory that were part of this year’s ranking, James Madison University landed the #1 spot on the list. James Madison University is a large school located in Harrisonburg, Virginia that handed out 53 ’s systems theory degrees in 2020-2021.
