You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Black Hills State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in South Dakota for Sports Management list. Spearfish, South Dakota is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s sports management degrees to 33 students in 2020-2021.
