You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Howard University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in District of Columbia for Other Parks & Rec. This fairly large school is located in Washington, District of Columbia, and it awarded 13 ’s other parks and rec degrees in 2020-2021.
