You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Fort Lewis College. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Rocky Mountains Region for Outdoor Education for a Bachelor’s list. FLC is a small public school situated in Durango, Colorado. It awarded 10 bachelors’s outdoor education degrees in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at FLC, the school also landed the #1 spot in our “Best Outdoor Education Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region” ranking.Of the 3,469 students enrolled at Fort Lewis College, 101 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
