In 2020-2021, 33,758 people earned their degree in clinical, counseling and applied psychology, making the major the 33rd most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, clinical, counseling and applied psychology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $47,894 and had an average of $30,175 in loans still to pay off.
Across Minnesota, there were 2,482 clinical, counseling and applied psychology graduates with average earnings and debt of $47,102 and $39,271 respectively.
