For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Psychology” ranking, we looked at 948 colleges that offer a degree in general psychology. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general psychology programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

University of Maryland Global Campus did quite well in the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly for Psychology ranking, coming in at #22. UMGC is located in Adelphi, Maryland and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 576 ’s psychology degrees to qualified students.

UMGC did well in our major quality rankings, too.
