You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Wyoming. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Wyoming for Social Sciences for a Bachelor’s. Located in Laramie, Wyoming, this fairly large public school handed out 10 degrees to qualified bachelors’s social sciences students in 2020-2021.

UW did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best General Social Sciences Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Wyoming” list.Our most recent data shows that 473 of the 11,829 students enrolled at UW were GI Bill® students, of which 255 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $3,738. To help with additional expenses, 13 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.
