Theology is the 127th most popular major in the country with 6,253 degrees awarded in 2020-2021.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Theology” ranking looked at 96 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in theology. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great theology programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

Some of the factors we look at when determining these rankings are overall quality of the theology program at the school, veteran affordability, and veteran population. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.

Catholic University of America is a private not-for-profit institution located in Washington, District of Columbia.
