In 2020-2021, 153 people earned their degree in conducting, making the major the 878th most popular in the United States.

For this year’s “Best Value Conducting Schools” ranking, we looked at 38 colleges that offer a degree in conducting. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent conducting programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
