You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend West Chester University of Pennsylvania. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for General Music for a Master’s list. West Chester, Pennsylvania is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s general music degrees to 7 students in 2020-2021.
