University of Northern Colorado is a fairly large public school situated in Greeley, Colorado. It awarded 12 doctorate’s music degrees in 2020-2021.

BYU is a private not-for-profit institution located in Provo, Utah. The school has a large population, and it awarded 82 doctorate’s degrees in 2020-2021.
