It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for veterans. College Factual has developed its “Most Veteran Friendly in Utah for Visual & Performing Arts for a Master’s” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.
In 2020-2021, 149,215 visual and performing arts students received their degree, making the major the 10th most popular in the country. In 2019-2020, visual and performing arts graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $26,700 and had an average of $25,051 in loans still to pay off.
Across Utah, there were 1,933 visual and performing arts graduates with average earnings and debt of $26,114 and $25,063 respectively.

Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent visual and performing arts programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Located in Cedar City, Utah, this fairly large public school awarded 50 degrees to qualified masters’s visual and performing arts students in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our utah master’s degree vets studying visual & performing arts list, Southern Utah University has also earned the #3 rank in our “Best Visual & Performing Arts Master’s Degree Schools in Utah” ranking.Among the 12,582 students enrolled at Southern Utah University, 534 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 378 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $24,076. Brigham Young University - Provo is a large private not-for-profit school situated in Provo, Utah. It awarded 19 masters’s visual and performing arts degrees in 2020-2021.
