Tempe, Arizona is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 14,829 students in 2020-2021.

Around 10.4% of the total student population at the school is international. Students studying at ASU - Tempe come from such countries as China, India, and Saudi Arabia.

The school has an excellent freshman retention rate of 86%, which means students like the school well enough to return for a second year.

A rank of #2 on our list means Texas Tech University is a great place for Swedish students in the Southwest Region working on their bachelor’s degree. Texas Tech is a public institution located in Lubbock, Texas. The school has a large population, and it awarded 6,884 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

University of Central Oklahoma did quite well in the 2021 Best Colleges for Swedish Students in the Southwest Region ranking, coming in at #7. UCO is located in Edmond, Oklahoma and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 2,442 bachelor’s degrees to qualified undergraduates.

Of the total number of students at the school, 3.8% are international. The top three countries sending students to study at UCO are Saudi Arabia, Nepal, and China.
