What’s Covered in Our Report on TWU:

How Many Veterans Attend TWU?

Colleges with a large veteran population are better equipped to support and accommodate those who have had military experience. The VA reports that there are 30 GI Bill® students at TWU. Because the school enrolls 832, approximately 3.6% of students are using the GI Bill® to help pay for their education. By comparison, the Student Veterans of America reports that three to four percent of college students nationwide are veterans.

The total spans all GI Bill® chapters, including Post-9/11, Montgomery, Reserve Education Assistance, and Veteran Readiness and Employment. It does not include any active-duty military personnel attending via Tuition Assistance, so the total military population is potentially larger.
