When many veterans attend a school, its faculty and staff tend to be more experienced at meeting the needs of former service members. Per VA data, there are 130 GI Bill® students at TLU. Because the school enrolls 1,260, approximately 10.3% of the students are using the GI Bill® to help pay for their education. TLU might grant college credit to those who have completed specialized military training. Talk with your admissions counselor to learn more. Credit for prior learning can shorten your time to a degree, so it’s worth asking about. Check with TLU about credit for life experience, CLEP and similar exams, or other prior learning beyond military training.
