Iowa State University landed the #1 spot in our 2021 rankings for highest paid ag mechanization school. Iowa State is a fairly large public school located in the city of Ames. Students who receive their bachelor's in ag mech from the school go on to jobs that make an average salary of $52,900.

Ag Mech majors at Iowa State take out an average of $21,147 in student loans while working on their bachelor's degree. The average monthly payment of a loan this size is about $241, assuming that the borrower is on a 10-year repayment plan.
