In 2019-2020, general biology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $28,334 and had an average of $23,818 in loans still to pay off.

At the associate degree level specifically, there were 8,474 general biology graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,806 and $19,336 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Biology for an Associate” ranking analyzed 17 colleges that offered a degree in general biology. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality general biology programs as well as strong veteran support.

Utah Valley University is located in Orem, Utah and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 175 associates’s biology degrees to qualified students.

UVU not only placed well in this ranking.
