For this year's Best Business Administration & Management Colleges for Non-Traditional Students in the New England Region ranking, we looked at 52 colleges that offer a bachelor's in business administration. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent business administration & management programs, but they also offer a lot of support to non-traditional students.

Southern New Hampshire University tops the 2021 list of our schools in the New England Region that are best for non-traditional business administration & management students. SNHU is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the medium-sized suburb of Manchester.
About 2.0% of SNHU students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. 138,672 of SNHU students are exclusively distance learners. 102,147 of SNHU students are attending part time.
The #2 spot in this year's ranking belongs to University of Massachusetts Amherst. Located in the suburb of Amherst, UMass Amherst is a public college with a very large student population. UMass Amherst did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #6 on our Best Colleges for Business Administration & Management in the New England Region list.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 0.9%. 4,105 of UMass Amherst students are exclusively distance learners. 6,786 of UMass Amherst students are attending part time.

The #3 spot in this year's ranking belongs to Albertus Magnus College. Albertus Magnus is a small private not-for-profit school located in the city of New Haven.

Sacred Heart University comes in at #6 in this year's ranking. Sacred Heart is a large private not-for-profit school located in the large suburb of Fairfield. University of Connecticut landed the #10 spot in our 2021 best business administration & management schools for non-traditional students. Located in the large suburb of Storrs, UCONN is a public college with a very large student population. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, UCONN has also earned the #8 rank in our Best Colleges for Business Administration & Management in the New England Region ranking.
The student loan default rate at UCONN is lower than is typical, just 0.9% of students default in three years. There are approximately 11,648 students at UCONN that take at least one class online. There are roughly 3,257 part time students in attendance at UCONN.
