You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Xavier University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Ohio for Finance for a Master’s list. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, this medium-sized private not-for-profit school handed out 25 degrees to qualified masters’s finance students in 2020-2021.

Xavier did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our “Best Finance Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” list.Our most recent data shows that 249 of the 7,061 students enrolled at Xavier were GI Bill® students, of which 184 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $16,316. To help with additional expenses, 75 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.

The low undergrad student loan default rate of [DEFAULT_RATE_STRING]% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. Case Western is located in Cleveland, Ohio and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 186 masters’s finance degrees to qualified students.

Case Western also made our “Best Finance Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” list, coming in at #1.Of the 11,465 students enrolled at Case Western, 109 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 69 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $18,799. In addition to receiving other benefits, 35 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.

Students who start out at the school are likely to stick around. The freshman retention rate is 93%. The undergrad student loan default rate at the school is [DEFAULT_RATE_STRING]%, which is quite low when compared to the national default rate of 10.1%.

University of Toledo also took the #3 spot in our “Best Finance Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 510 of the 18,319 students enrolled at University of Toledo were GI Bill® students, of which 232 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $6,784. During this same period, 11 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.

Ohio University - Athens Campus is located in Athens, Ohio and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 6 masters’s finance degrees to qualified students.

In addition to being on our ohio master’s degree vets studying finance list, OHIO Athens has also earned the #4 rank in our “Best Finance Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” ranking.Of the 25,714 students enrolled at Ohio University - Athens Campus, 726 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
