Saint Mary's College of California tops the 2021 list of our schools in California that are best for non-traditional general business/commerce students. SMC is a small private not-for-profit school located in the suburb of Moraga. SMC did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our Best Colleges for General Business/Commerce in California list.
