In 2020-2021, 13,680 people earned their degree in management information systems, making the major the 73rd most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, management information systems graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $57,647 and had an average of $24,340 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southeast region, there were 3,355 management information systems graduates with average earnings and debt of $55,705 and $26,059 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value MIS Schools in the Southeast Region For Those Making $30-$48k” ranking, we looked at 83 colleges that offer a degree in management information systems. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great management information systems programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
