Portland State University not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #3 on our “Best Business, Management & Marketing Master’s Degree Schools in Oregon” list.Among the 23,640 students enrolled at Portland State University, 1,127 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 739 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,835.
