Real Estate is the 155th most popular major in the country with 6,547 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, real estate graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $60,568 and had an average of $21,484 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Great Lakes region, there were 1,340 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $56,677 and $19,282 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Real Estate” ranking looked at 15 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in real estate. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great real estate programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the real estate program at the school. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.

Located in Madison, Wisconsin, this large public school handed out 215 diplomas to qualified ’s real estate students in 2020-2021.

University of Cincinnati - Main Campus is located in Cincinnati, Ohio and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 50 ’s real estate degrees to qualified students.
