Across California, there were 1,389 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively.
For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in California for Real Estate” ranking, we looked at 15 colleges that offer a degree in real estate. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent real estate programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the real estate program at the school. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.

Top 15 Best Real Estate Colleges for Veterans in California
You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Southern California. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in California for Real Estate list. This large school is located in Los Angeles, California, and it awarded 40 ’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.
USC also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, USC supports 46,287 students, and 1,311 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 862 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $20,487. On top of their other funding sources, 388 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. San Diego, California is the setting for this medium-sized institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s real estate degrees to 91 students in 2020-2021.
