Across the Plains States region, there were 1,347 computer programming graduates with average earnings and debt of $43,014 and $25,350 respectively.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Maharishi International University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Programming for a Master’s list. MIU is a private not-for-profit institution located in Fairfield, Iowa. The school has a small population, and it awarded 28 masters’s degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our plains states region master’s degree vets studying programming list, MIU has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best Computer Programming Master’s Degree Schools in the Plains States Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 36 of the 2,015 students enrolled at MIU were GI Bill® students, of which 20 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $9,074. To help with additional expenses, 0 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.
