For this year’s “Best Value Information Science Schools” ranking, we looked at 198 colleges that offer a degree in general information science. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general information science programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

UMGC did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #21 on our “Best General Information Science Schools” list. It costs about $15,395 for information science students per year to attend UMGC.
