Located in Waco, Texas, this large private not-for-profit school handed out 3 degrees to qualified doctorate’s curriculum and instruction students in 2020-2021.

Baylor also made our “Best Curriculum & Instruction Doctor’s Degree Schools in Texas” list, coming in at #2.Our most recent data shows that 876 of the 19,297 students enrolled at Baylor University were GI Bill® students, of which 593 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $17,744. To help with additional expenses, 263 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
