You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Hawaii at Manoa. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Hawaii for General Education. Located in Honolulu, Hawaii, this fairly large public school awarded 31 diplomas to qualified ’s general education students in 2020-2021.
