In 2020-2021, 4,858 people earned their degree in other education, making the major the 142nd most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, other education graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $47,827 and had an average of $25,433 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 581 other education graduates with average earnings and debt of $52,949 and $24,875 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Other Education Schools in the New England Region” ranking looked at 17 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in other education. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality other education programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
