This year's Highest Paid Education Graduates in South Carolina ranking analyzed 16 colleges that offered a bachelor's degree in education.
The numbers used in this ranking are early career salaries, which we define to be 10 years after a student started college. This is the salary typically earned 4-6 years after graduation, but may be different depending on how long a person takes to complete their degree.
Salaries of Education Majors After Graduation
After graduating, education majors that go to school in South Carolina go on to jobs making an average of $30,583 per year. That's not so great, since it is 23% less than the national average salary of a typical bachelor's degree holder. However, graduates from the schools in this list may make more.
The national average salary for graduates with a bachelor's degree in education is $34,031. That's about 10% more that the average salary of graduates from schools in South Carolina.
