This year's Highest Paid Education Graduates in Tennessee ranking analyzed 16 colleges that offered a bachelor's degree in education.
In this ranking, we use early career salaries - salaries 10 years from when a student started college. This is the salary typically earned 4-6 years after graduation, but may be different depending on how long a person takes to complete their degree.

After graduation, education majors from schools in Tennessee earn an average salary of $32,752 per year. If salary is one of the most important things on your career list, you may be disappointed to hear that this is 18% less than the salary of a typical college graduate.
Nationwide, the average salary for graduates with a education degree is $34,031. So, there's not much difference on that front.
