Across Oklahoma, there were 3,293 education graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,673 and $21,887 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Education” ranking looked at 16 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in education. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent education programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the education program at the school. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.

Out of the 16 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Education that were part of this year’s ranking, Oklahoma State University - Main Campus landed the #2 spot on the list. OSU is a large school located in Stillwater, Oklahoma that handed out 396 ’s education degrees in 2020-2021.

Southern Nazarene University is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Bethany, Oklahoma. It awarded 96 ’s education degrees in 2020-2021.

SNU not only placed well in this ranking. Northeastern State University ranked #7 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Education list. NSU is a medium-sized school located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma that handed out 299 ’s education degrees in 2020-2021.

NSU not only placed well in this ranking.
