In 2020-2021, 8,592 people earned their degree in electronics engineering technology, making the major the 130th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, electronics engineering technology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $52,304 and had an average of $24,888 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 192 electronics engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $61,335 and $24,416 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 87 electronics engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $42,403 and $25,944 respectively.

Out of the 7 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for EE Tech for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Maine landed the #1 spot on the list. University of Maine is a fairly large public school situated in Orono, Maine. It awarded 21 bachelors’s EE tech degrees in 2020-2021.

UMaine not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #3 on our “Best Electronics Engineering Technology Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the New England Region” list.According to our most recent data, University of Maine supports 11,741 students, and 21 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 17 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. University of Massachusetts - Lowell is a public institution located in Lowell, Massachusetts. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 2 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

UHart is located in West Hartford, Connecticut and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 16 bachelors’s EE tech degrees to qualified students.

New England Tech is located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island and, has a small student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 15 bachelors’s EE tech degrees to qualified students.
