New Mexico State University - Main Campus has taken the #1 spot in this year's chemical engineering ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the midsize suburb of Las Cruces, NMSU Main Campus is a public school with a large student population. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, NMSU Main Campus has also earned the #2 rank in our Best Colleges for Chemical Engineering in New Mexico ranking.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 3.9%. Approximately 7,734 students take at least one class online at NMSU Main Campus. 3,478 of NMSU Main Campus students are attending part time.
